Chakra balancing crystal massage

The Sanskrit work "Chakra" refers to the energy centres of the body. This relaxing full body massage using appropriately chosen crystals improves energy flow and balances charkas, rejuvenates the spirit and creates a heightened sense of wellbeing. We will incorporate crystals representing the seven major charkas in this blissful experience for body, mind and soul.

This luxurious Ayurvedic experience de-stresses, detoxifies and rejuvenates the body and mind over a 4 hour period. A typical program includes a healthy, tasty Ayurvedic breakfast or lunch, followed by a full body massage, steam treatment and de-stressing treatments for lower back, eyes and the whole nervous system. During the treatment you will have time to relax with a cup of cleansing ginger tea and your treatment will be completed with an Ayurvedic head massage.

Full Day Escape

Ideal for the time challenged person who needs deep rest and rejuvenation. This powerful yet beautiful experience unfolds over 7 hours. Starting with breakfast, and with two teas, lunch during the process and an after treatment snack, this is a truly rejuvenating experience. Enjoy a full body massage, steam treatment and de-stress treatments for back, eyes, the "emotional heart" and nervous system are followed by an Ayurvedic foot and head massage.

Anti-Ageing Programme

This program will be developed for you after consultation with one of the SanAquam doctors and will involve a consultation, anti-ageing diagnostics and de-stress, de-toxification and rejuvenation programmes, with recommended yoga and meditation. Our diagnostics and treatments are state of the art, combining the best of modern western science with Ayurvedic wisdom and treatments.The anti-ageing program runs over a period of several months with monthly follow up visits with your consulting doctor for evaluation of progress.
